Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager will partner directly with executive leadership to lead a critical product launch and drive transformation within the product management team. This role requires hands-on leadership across the full product development lifecycle, with a focus on both hardware (end-user devices) and SaaS (subscription models).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: positioning, market research, go-to-market, installation, support, and maintenance
  • Drive a major AI product launch targeting Quick-Service Restaurants clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Sales, Operations, Support)
  • Model and implement best practices for product management; mentor junior PMs
  • Ensure products are designed for monetization and customer adoption, not just internal use
  • Support brand approval processes post-launch (3–6 months with major QSR brands)
  • Use Agile/SAFe methodologies as appropriate; leverage tools like Jira and Confluence

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management for both hardware (end-user devices) and software/SaaS products
  • Track record of successful product launches and monetization in a commercial environment
  • Experience in the QSR industry or with major brands/vendors (preferred but not required)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to "show what good looks like"
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe; comfort with Jira/Confluence (tooling is a plus, not a requirement)
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, low-politics, high-accountability culture

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with AI products, or subscription-based device models
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts (not required, but a plus)
