We're looking for an
Onsite - Benefits Service Representative
for our client. If you have 1 -5 years of experience and you have
Customer Service, and Benefits like Health, Dental, Vision
than this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.
What You'll Do
- Administer group benefits (health, dental, vision, disability, life, 401k).
- Handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, life event changes, and updates.
- Answer hotline calls and return voicemails.
- Manage high-volume inbound calls professionally.
- Apply appropriate resolutions to employee issues.
- Respond to benefits inbox emails.
- Ensure policy compliance and document inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality in a high-volume environment.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Call center experience in fast-paced environments.
- Initiative and multitasking under deadlines.
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel; MS Teams is a plus.
- Professional judgment and discretion.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $19- $20/hr
