Benefits Service Representative

We're looking for an
Onsite - Benefits Service Representative
for our client. If you have 1 -5 years of experience and you have
Customer Service, and Benefits like Health, Dental, Vision
than this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Administer group benefits (health, dental, vision, disability, life, 401k).
  • Handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, life event changes, and updates.
  • Answer hotline calls and return voicemails.
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls professionally.
  • Apply appropriate resolutions to employee issues.
  • Respond to benefits inbox emails.
  • Ensure policy compliance and document inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality in a high-volume environment.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Call center experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Initiative and multitasking under deadlines.
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel; MS Teams is a plus.
  • Professional judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
