Boeckman Fresh Farms is a fast-growing Texas-based manufacturer of premium freeze-dried snacks. We supply convenience stores, gift shops, and wholesale partners across the state. We're seeking detail-oriented, dependable people to join our inventory team with a flexible, part-time role.

Position Overview

We are hiring a part-time Inventory Checker to support retail and warehouse inventory checks. This role is perfect for someone with a "weekend warrior" attitude—ideal for students, semi-retired individuals, or anyone looking to earn extra income with a flexible schedule.

We currently estimate only two days of back-to-back work per week, typically on weekends. Additional days may be available depending on your availability and company needs.

You'll travel in a company vehicle to multiple inventory sites and may be gone 8–10 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to assigned locations and count inventory
  • Accurately record item counts using Microsoft Excel or paper logs
  • Identify stock irregularities and report them to the manager
  • Drive company vehicle to and from job sites
  • Maintain a professional presence at every location

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and current car insurance
  • Excellent driving record (background check required)
  • Reliable transportation to job site in Greenville, TX
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working 8–10 hours in the field as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

  • Hourly Pay: $10/hour
  • Schedule: Part-time; weekends preferred (or as discussed during interview)
  • Type: Entry-level
