Role Description

This is a contract role for a Data Scientist & Data Analyst that requires proficiency in
Spanish
. This role is located on-site in Denver, CO. The Data Scientist & Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, managing databases, developing data models, creating data visualizations, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Data Scientist – Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and improve AI/ML models using
    LLMs
    , fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  • Apply
    Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
    to enhance predictions.
  • Mine conversational data to detect services at risk, customer pain points, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and communicate progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI/ML advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven
    machine learning
    &
    NLP
    experience.
  • Strong knowledge of
    LLMs
    (BERT, GPT, RoBERTa).
  • Familiarity with telecom domain & customer interaction transcripts.
  • Spanish & English fluency (non-negotiable).

Data Analyst – Key Responsibilities

  • Annotate conversational data from CS calls following strict guidelines.
  • Validate model outputs, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare reports on performance, insights, and metrics.
  • Support the Data Scientist in data preparation, cleaning, and preprocessing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with
    NLP
    and
    LLMs
    is a plus.
  • Familiarity with telecom domain & conversational datasets.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Spanish & English fluency (non-negotiable).
