About the Ro**
le:The Patient Service Representative assumes a pivotal role in our practice relating directly and indirectly to patient satisfaction and to the ultimate success of the clinic. Given the integral nature of the position, the front office medical assistant's demeanor must be reflective at all times of the highest quality standards of professionalism exemplified by Southwest Pulmonary as a division of Sound Physicians. This role will serve as both the first and last point of contact for or patien
