About this Opportunity

Inmar's Summer Internship Program offers a dynamic and enriching experience designed to give students real-world exposure to a professional environment while contributing meaningfully to company initiatives. Interns will split their time between a high-impact cross-functional team project and department-specific responsibilities assigned by their direct manager.

The Healthcare Field Sales Operations team is a partner to our Healthcare Sales Team to remove friction, optimize tools and processes, and turn insights into action so that every sales associate is positioned to sell more, sell smarter, and deliver greater value to our customers.  We are seeking an intern to work with our sales operations team on a relevant continuous improvement project that will benefit our sales partners.

What You'll Do

  • Support team initiatives in areas such as sales process and design optimization.

  • Contribute to a continuous improvement project.

  • Collaborate with other Inmar teams such as Sales, IT, Finance, CRM, and Marketing.

Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing or related area.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is beneficial

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
