We are looking for experienced, energetic and motivated NJ licensed Physical therapists to perform home visits to the senior population in Wayne, NJ and the surrounding towns in Bergen and Passaic Counties, NJ.

HOME CARE RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobilityPhysical Therapist will be responsible for Evaluating and Treating patients with a variety of orthopedic and neurological disorders.Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniquesProvide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventionsMotivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimallyPromote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordinationConsult and practice with other health professionalsEvaluate effects and monitor and communicate progressDocument patient care servicesMust be organized and have good communication skills

HOME CARE PHYSICAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS

New Jersey Physical Therapist LicenseExperience in Home care and/or outpatient orthopedicsProficient in electronic documentationExcellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsDrive to continually learn and growCurrent knowledge of treatment practicesProfessional behaviorExcellent interpersonal communication skills
