Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:45am - 3:15pm with daily and weekend OT as needed.
2nd Shift: 2:45pm - 11:15pm with daily and weekend OT as needed.
3rd Shift: 10:45pm - 7:15am with daily and weekend OT as needed.
Pay Rate: $25.27
Plus Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd Shifts: $2.00 per hour

Job Description:
The position will be responsible for working in the process of cooling tower manufacturing as well as performing visual inspection of the product as it is produced on the line. This position may assume additional duties as assigned. The successful incumbent will be detail oriented, able to follow instructions well, and work well in a team atmosphere.
Education / Experience / Certifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not requiredForklift & walk-behind licenses preferred, but not requiredActivities / Tasks:
Depending upon the operation the incumbent is performing, he/she may be required to:
- Perform a visual inspection at beginning of every shift
- Check sheets for any forming problems such as webbing, unformed areas and sockets not drilled
- Ensure holes are drilled out at near side and are centered when required.
- Notify operator immediately if problem is persistent
- Assure quality of parts produced on various processes.
- Accurately control part count on various processes.
- Maintain awareness of the machines and potential problems on various processes.
- For assigned zone, pick up all trash, sweep area, and perform any other cleaning as needed
- Effectively communicate all relevant issues to the next shift so that they can accommodate any changes that have already been made and/or problems with the machine
- Safely work without direction on the sheet grinder
- Knowledge of PVC material components and their use in the thermoforming and/or extrusion processes
- Knowledge of relevant machinery and operational safety guidelines
- Familiarity with various SPX - PVC parts and their configuration
- For assigned zone, pick up all trash, sweep area, and perform any other cleaning as needed
