As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the facility, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, supporting a welcoming environment. Your role will involve monitoring sensitive areas such as vaccine storage and the morgue, and you may be called upon to assist with restraining individuals as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within the healthcare environment, including responding to emergencies when needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the healthcare location as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support the well-being of staff, patients, and visitors.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or patients, offering assistance as appropriate and representing Allied Universal in a positive manner.
• Document and report security-related incidents or unusual occurrences according to established protocols at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Applicants may be required to receive vaccinations in accordance with hospital policies.
• Applicants may be required to work in hospital environments and perform duties in areas such as the morgue.
• Applicants may be required to assist with restraining individuals in hospital settings.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
