Ellie Mental Health – Newtown is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, compassionate therapist who loves working with individuals, couples, and families to join our fun, supportive team

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing progress notes.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 sessions per week.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic, supportive clinical team.
  • Use creativity and evidence-based interventions to help clients thrive.
  • Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers as needed.
  • Attend team trainings and clinical staff meetings (we keep them meaningful).
Schedule Details:
  • Initial in-person availability Monday–Friday from 2–7 PM for the first 4–6 weeks.
  • Afterwards, enjoy flexible hybrid options — create the workweek that works for you
  • Active client waiting list ready — you won't need to build from scratch.
What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed in Pennsylvania as an LPC or LCSW or LMFT (required).
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical documentation skills (DAs, treatment plans, case notes).
  • Enthusiasm for working with individuals, couples, and families.
  • Bonus if you love working with children, teens, or groups too
