We are currently looking for an EVP, Asset Management to join our team.

The EVP, Asset Management is responsible for building, managing and scaling a profitable asset management function for the company. The role provides servicer oversight on behalf of clients, monitoring service level agreements, ensuring adherence to contract terms and confirming appropriate treatment at both a loan and portfolio level.

This role functions as an extension of the client to effectively manage outsourced mortgage servicing functions. Leading a team of Asset Managers, this role serves as a day-to-day interface between the servicer and the client to ensure assets are effectively managed and appropriately dispositioned. Through the client engagement, the role is also responsible for business development, leveraging the relationship to drive new, incremental volumes and adjacent business by encouraging clients to expand use of the company's services.

Success in this role requires strong business, financial and technical acumen, depth of knowledge of sales and operational processes, and the ability to build effective partnerships to achieve successful outcomes for the client. The EVP, Head of Asset Management is accountable to developing and maintaining the strategic roadmap for the function, corresponding financial forecasts and budgets, and an operational model that enables effective oversight of servicing for the client, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or commensurate combination of education and experience required. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or business purpose lending operations
  • 10+ years of experience successfully managing strategic client relationships, adhering to SLAs and executing effective loan portfolio management
  • 10+ years direct experience managing people and leading teams to include the effective recruitment, development and performance management of talent
  • Previous business development experience with the ability to drive incremental growth through effective service and delivery to clients
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of mortgage servicing operations
  • Demonstrated experience effectively managing a P&L, establishing budgets and forecasts
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, applications and related regulatory guidelines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook); ability to be self-sufficient without dedicated administrative support
  • Strategic leadership with proven ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate at C-Suite level
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization to influence and drive required results
  • Client focused with strong execution skills and a results orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility; coupled with for recognizing and supporting the organization's culture, values and priorities

Compensation

  • The hiring range for this position is between $250,000.00-$300,000.00
  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
