Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team at Kidds & Co. in providing nurturing and educational experiences for young children. This role is essential in fostering a safe and engaging environment that supports children's growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for toddler-aged children
  • Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and guardians
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the learning experience
  • Maintain classroom organization and manage behavior effectively
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and needs
  • Foster positive relationships with children, promoting social skills and emotional well-being

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a daycare setting
  • First aid certification (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
