Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Roll Off Truck Driver to be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of roll off trucks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling roll off trucks, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of containers to designated locations while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate roll off trucks to transport and dispose of waste in accordance with company guidelines and local regulations.

  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any issues or malfunctions.

  • Ensure the safety and security of the load during transit.

  • Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or queries from clients professionally.

  • Participate in regular training sessions on safety and operational procedures.

  • Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.

  • Undergo random drug testing as part of the hiring process and periodically throughout employment.

  • Helping and guiding the crew on site to load the dumpsters.

Requirements
:

  • Proven experience operating roll off trucks is essential.

  • A valid driver's license; CDL not required but preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of transportation and safety regulations.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pulling, and managing heavy equipment.

  • Excellent navigational and time management skills.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Must be willing to undergo and pass random drug testing during the hiring process and throughout employment.
