Spa Host – Client Experience & Sales

Location: GLO30 Montrose & Rice Village

Availability: Must be available until 7 PM and on some weekends

About the Role

As a Spa Host, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their entire experience. Your role is key in curating a warm, professional, and service-driven atmosphere while also driving sales and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and recommending services/products
  • Assist with retail sales and membership sign-ups to enhance client retention
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and retail areas
  • Handle phone and email communication professionally and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Physical Requirements: Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs

Flexibility: Must be available for evening shifts (until 7 PM) and some weekends
