What You'll Do

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of customer service representatives
  • Manage daily customer communications (phone, email, and online inquiries)
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth vehicle transport
  • Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and satisfaction metrics
  • Foster a positive, customer-first culture

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of customer service experience (automotive transport or logistics preferred)
  • 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on, team-oriented leadership style
  • Must work on-site in Homestead, FL (remote work not available)
