Purpose
Provide key administrative support as part of the Centralized Business Services (CBS) team in the College of Liberal Arts Dean's Office. This position requires the use of initiative and judgment, as well as strong customer service skills and time management. This position serves as a member of a team of administrative professionals supporting a wide range of academic and administrative departments, along with centers and institutes across the College.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile CBS 2 ProCards on a monthly basis and all the related corrections.
- Create vouchers for payments, reimbursements, scholarships, and travel documents for faculty while adhering to college policies and procedures and with high level attention to detail.
- Maintain payment processing electronic workflow, update client records in UT BOX and Communicate regularly via email with department unit staff and faculty regarding vouchers and CBS processes/knowledge.
- Help processing Cash Advance Requests/reconciliation as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field and related work experience. Ability to work under pressure and maintain strong attention to detail. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications
At least four years of experience performing financial tasks in a university setting. Experience with UT accounting systems and program, including *Define and FRMS, as well as familiarity with Workday. Experience using advanced features of Box, DocuSign, Excel and Word.
Salary Range
$48,000+ depending on qualifications
