Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in and around the Norwalk, Ohio area

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Ohio. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current Hands-On BLS card. One year prior professional nursing experience preferred. Maxim Benefits:
