Overview

We are seeking a skilled DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Printer Apparel Specialist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role involves operating DTG printing equipment to produce high-quality custom apparel, ensuring precise color matching and design fidelity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, color management, and printing techniques, with an eye for detail and quality control. Responsibilities

• Operate DTG printers to produce custom apparel according to client specifications and design files
• Prepare artwork files using graphic design software, ensuring proper layout and color accuracy
• Manage prepress processes including image preparation, color correction, and layout adjustments
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to ensure color consistency and print fidelity
• Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with the design team on layout design, typography, and print advertising materials
• Assist in machine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration to uphold production standards
• Adhere to safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines during all production activities

Skills

• Proficiency in screen printing, prepress processes, and color management techniques
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to apparel printing and CNC machinery
• Familiarity with flexo press operations, machining, and quality control procedures
• Understanding of typography, layout design, and print advertising principles
• Experience with CNC equipment is a plus for handling complex production tasks
• Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in all printed products
