Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated lead teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of children aged 3 to 5 years old, preparing them for future academic success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Facilitate daily activities that promote literacy education, math skills, and behavioral management.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including social skills and cognitive abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
  • Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
  • Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Stay updated on best practices in childhood development and early education.

Responsabilidades

  • Comunicarse eficazmente con los padres sobre el desarrollo y las actividades de sus hijos.

Habilidades

  • Conocimiento de estrategias de alfabetización para fomentar la preparación lectora.
  • Familiaridad con conceptos matemáticos apropiados para preescolares.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con niños, padres y colegas.
  • Experiencia previa en guarderías o entornos preescolares es preferida, pero no obligatoria.
