We're hiring a
Senior Concierge Specialist
on a direct hire basis to join a growing financial services team focused on high-quality client engagement and onboarding. This role is essential in cultivating prospective client relationships and delivering a seamless, professional experience from first contact through the transition to an advisory team.
You'll go beyond standard outreach — engaging in deep financial discovery, preparing baseline financial plans, and collaborating closely with advisors to set the tone for long-term client success.
What You'll Do
- Conduct personalized outreach to prospective clients, focusing on quality of interaction over call volume
- Present the firm's philosophy, investment approach, and services in a consultative, client-first manner
- Perform detailed discovery with prospects to gather financial data for building baseline financial plans
- Prepare prospects for a smooth handoff to advisory teams, ensuring all necessary materials and information are in place
- Partner with advisors and business development to refine strategies and improve prospect conversion
- Support high-value or complex prospect engagements with an elevated, professional experience
- Maintain accurate and complete records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to support long-term relationship management
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 65 (or Series 66)
licenses required - 4+ years of experience in client services, sales, or financial services
- Strong grasp of financial planning concepts and ability to communicate them clearly
- Proven ability to handle complex client conversations with professionalism and poise
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and client engagement tools
