Position Overview:

The Brand Ambassador represents our tutoring company in the community and online by promoting our educational programs, building relationships with parents, schools, and organizations, and increasing student enrollment.

This role is ideal for an outgoing, motivated, and education-focused individual who enjoys connecting with families and spreading awareness about the value of academic support.

Key Responsibilities:

-Promote tutoring and after-school services at local events, schools, libraries, and community centers.

-Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to target areas.

-Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, educators, and community partners.

-Represent the company professionally on social media and encourage sign-ups through your personal and community network.

-Assist with student enrollment drives, back-to-school events, and open houses.

-Collect leads and feedback to help improve marketing strategies.

-Participate in weekly check-ins to report progress and discuss outreach goals.

Qualifications:

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for education, tutoring, or youth programs.

Reliable transportation for community outreach.

Basic social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or outreach is a plus.

Schedule:Flexible hours

Includes some afternoons, evenings, and weekends during events or peak enrollment periods.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
