Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Analyst located in Manassas, VA. The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. Responsibilities also include conducting data analysis, generating reports, providing insights to guide decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational goals. Ensuring effective communication and presenting findings to key stakeholders is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Operations and Business Analysis to improve processes and optimize outcomes
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Data Analytics for interpreting data and making informed decisions
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively share insights and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using business analytics tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus
