Compensation

$80,000 for recent graduates

$115,000–$120,000 for experienced professionals

What You'll Do


• Collaborate with customers to design and implement custom control solutions for industrial machinery and process systems


• Lead and manage projects from concept through completion


• Communicate regularly with customers on project progress and timelines


• Develop detailed circuit diagrams using AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical


• Select hardware and prepare bills of materials (BOMs)


• Write and modify PLC programs tailored to specific applications


• Design HMI screens integrated with PLC logic


• Conduct factory testing prior to system shipment


• Travel to customer sites for inspections and system commissioning (up to 20%)


• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal engineering standards


• Work independently and within collaborative project teams

What You Bring


• Proficiency in programming Rockwell and Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems


• Strong understanding of VFD systems and motor control applications


• Skilled in AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical (preferred)


• Experience with machine control system design


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSEE, BSME, or equivalent)


• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% annually
