Role: Sr. Infrastructure Specialist (Firewall Engineer)

Exp: 10+ Years

Location: Rochester, NY

Skills Required:

  • Networking, Networking protocols, Experience with Dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) on firewall hardware, familiarity with firewall technology (Checkpoint and VSX versions of Checkpoint), Security tools, scripting.
  • Experience with SDN and Citrix load balancing (Associated certifications are preferred). Virtual Switching experience with Cisco Nexus Technology is plus.
  • Extensive experience with Packet Capturing software is a Plus.
  • a minimum of seven (7) years' experience working with infrastructure solutions in an enterprise environment. Position requires professional experience with more than one of the following areas: Data Center Operations, Disaster Recover/Business Continuity Planning & Execution, Security & Compliance Management, Fundamental understanding of UNIX Operating Systems (OS), Linux OS, Microsoft OS, VMware, is a plus.
