Qualifications

Education: BS/MS degree in Structural or Civil EngineeringCertification: Professional Engineer license (PE) requiredExperience: Master's Degree in Structural Engineering with 7+ years of structural design experience or Bachelor's Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with 12+ years of structural design experience in bridges, buildings, tunnels and other associated structuresInterpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment and engage with the client, architects and contractorsLeadership: Experience in leading design projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, mentoring & training

Responsibilities

Innovative Design: RISA-3D, Revit and Microstation or AutoCAD softwarePlan Development: Take ownership in performing structural analysis and developing design plans, with a focus on concrete and steel Team Coordination: Act as a project manager between design teams and other disciplines, ensuring smooth coordination on design and deliverables.Cost and Planning: Assist in the development of calculations for concrete and structural steel, cost estimates, specifications, and comprehensive reports that help steer projects towards success.Client Interaction: Work closely with our clients and a team of multidisciplinary engineers to ensure projects meet and exceed expectations.
