Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer / Analyst

Location:
Austin, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

Contract:

Eligibility:

Must be
local to the Austin area
and able to work onsite
2 days per week (hybrid schedule)
. Must be able to work on a
W2 basis
(no C2C, 1099, or third-party vendors). Must be
eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or visa transfer.

Overview:

We are seeking a
Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer/Analyst
to support the development, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will bring experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement applications within the Microsoft 365 Power Platform.
  • Build and maintain
    Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages
    leveraging
    Dataverse, SharePoint, or other backend databases
    .
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external services and systems using custom connectors and APIs.
  • Develop and automate business processes using
    Power Automate
    (Flow).
  • Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and documentation of Power Platform applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective, low-code solutions.
  • Participate in
    Agile development cycles
    , including sprint planning, testing, and delivery.

Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

  • 8+ years
    of experience working in
    Software as a Service (SaaS)
    and/or
    Platform as a Service (PaaS)
    environments.
  • 4+ years
    of hands-on experience with the
    Microsoft Power Platform
    , including
    Power Apps, Power Pages, Connectors, and Power Automate
    .
  • 2+ years
    of experience designing and developing
    Canvas Apps
    ,
    Model-Driven Apps
    , and
    Power Pages
    using Dataverse, SharePoint, or equivalent backend data models.
  • 2+ years
    of experience in
    Agile development
    and sprint planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating Power Platform with external APIs and services.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem components (Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure).
  • Understanding of Power Platform governance, data security, and performance optimization best practices.
