Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be a vital link between our clients, drivers, and operations team. You'll manage every detail of the shipping process—from documentation to delivery coordination—ensuring each job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including BOLs and permits for specialized or heavy haul loads
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries, working closely with dispatch, drivers, and customers
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing updates and resolving any logistics issues promptly and professionally
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate records in company systems
  • Support the operations team in planning, scheduling, and load tracking
  • Maintain a high level of service consistent with our white-glove reputation

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation, ideally with heavy haul or specialized freight
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and freight coordination
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics management software (MS Excel & AS400)
  • A professional, customer-focused demeanor
