**We provide a spectrum of services from Skilled Nursing for short term rehab, IV therapy, wound care, respite care, palliative care, rehabilitative nursing and a full compliment of physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our staff provides nursing and rehab care like royalty, because at Regalcare our residents and staff are royalty.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Admissions to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in managing the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and their families, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain optimal census levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to resident intake.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations to promote the facility and generate referrals.
  • Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to assess the suitability of potential residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to admissions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to admissions activities.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach activities to enhance the facility's visibility in the community.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare admissions role, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Strong understanding of the admissions process and regulatory requirements in long-term care settings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google email , Point Click Care and admissions referral software.
