INFINIUM has an immediate need for an Engineer that is conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated to join our team in Strongsville, Ohio with the following:

Responsibilities:


• Design, development, and implementation of new products, manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.


• Conduct research and experiments to improve manufacturing processes.


• Analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.


•Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and develop solutions.


•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production and Sales.


•Develop and implement quality control procedures.


•Ability to strategically document technical information.


•Assist in implementing continuous improvement and safety activities to streamline production processes and enhance product quality.


•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.


•Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:


•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (from accredited college) is required.


•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required


•Strong technical and analytical skills.


•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.


•Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment.


•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


•Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems.


•Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.


•Professional experience with 3D CAD software (Solid Works experience a plus).


•Familiarity/Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Microsoft Excel in particular.


•Comfortable working in a shop environment.


•Product design experience / aluminum extrusion designs a major plus.


•Familiarity with 3D printers preferred.


•Door/hardware experience preferred but not required.


•Architectural wall industry/construction experience preferred but not required.


•Familiarity with assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.


•Attention to detail and commitment to quality.


•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


•Good communication and interpersonal skills.


•Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
