THE OPPORTUNITY

is making a significant investment in our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization by scaling our Sales Enablement function. We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive the evolution and expansion of this critical organization.

Silvus is seeking a full-time
Senior Director of Sales Operations
that will report to the
Chief Operating Officer
. The successful individual in this role will be responsible for designing the strategy, scaling the teams, and optimizing the processes that serve as the engine for our sales organization. Your mission is to eliminate bottlenecks, increase the productivity and effectiveness of our sellers, and enhance the scalable support structure that allows them to focus on what they do best: selling. The
Senior Director of Sales Operations
position will be based at
Silvus Technologies'
headquarters in the heart of vibrant
West Los Angeles, CA
, and is on a hybrid schedule; a minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow, and evolve the people, processes, and technologies of the Sales Enablement organization, including Proposal & Capture Management, Sales Operations, sales opportunity tracking & reporting, Price Support processes, Sales Administration, and Sales Development (SDRs).
  • Design, document, and implement standardized, efficient, and scalable processes across the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to proposal submission and post-sale administration.
  • Systematically identify and eliminate administrative burdens on the sales team, equipping them with the content, tools, and support necessary to increase win rates and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Partner closely with the VPs of North America and International, sales leaders, and the executive team to ensure the Sales Enablement strategy is tightly aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Oversee the sales technology stack, including the CRM, to ensure data integrity, generate forecasts, and deliver actionable insights and analytics to the GTM organization.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Sales Enablement function, demonstrating a clear return on investment through improved sales efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Travel Requirement - infrequent travel only; possibly for team coordination and to attend corporate events

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, including building and managing high-performing teams.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully designing and implementing scalable sales processes, methodologies, and systems.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Expertise in leveraging sales technology (e.g., Salesforce, proposal management tools) to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
    due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • A strategic, process-driven mindset with a passion for building and optimizing systems for growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Military/aerospace industry and acquisition experience.
  • Experience with program management.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Office environment.
  • Trade shows.
  • Outdoor environment for occasional field demonstrations.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:
  • Lift equipment up to 20lbs. for the set-up of demonstrations and testing.
  • Extended periods of sitting.

COMPENSATION
The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
US Pay Range

$220,000—$260,000 USD
