Automotive Technician

Sparx Auto Inc is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, professional Automotive Technician. In this role you will be at the forefront of automotive service and repair, ensuring that our customer's vehicles are safe, reliable and performing at their best. You will work with a team that values you.

What you'll do

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
  • Conduct PA State Inspections and Emissions
  • Perform basic and advanced diagnostics
  • Utilize up to date technical service information
  • Document recommended services, services performed and parts used
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or repair shop setting.
  • State Inspection/Emission License
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic Set Of Automotive Hand Tools (Specialty Tools Provided By Sparx Auto)

Preferred qualifications

  • ASE certification is a plus but not a requirement.
  • In depth diagnostic skills a plus
