Carpenter Helper — Year-Round Position

We are seeking a reliable Carpenter Helper for year-round work primarily focused on constructing barns and similar structures. This is a hands-on role in a construction environment with opportunities for growth based on experience and skill.

Pay Rate: $15–$20 per hour

(Compensation determined by experience in carpentry and/or metal work.)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday

Responsibilities:

Assist lead carpenters with building barns and related structures

Handle materials, tools, and jobsite setup/cleanup

Support metal work tasks as needed

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Perform various labor duties as assigned in a construction setting

Requirements:

Must have a reliable vehicle

Must be willing to work in all typical construction conditions

Valid driver's license

Social Security card required to apply

Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

Carpentry or metal experience preferred.
