We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our dynamic team. As a Food Runner, you play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service by delivering food from the kitchen to guests with efficiency, precision, and professionalism. You will work closely with servers, chefs, and the entire front-of-house staff to maintain the high standards of service expected at our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver plated dishes to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to facilitate smooth service.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and any modifications to answer guest inquiries.
  • Assist with clearing and resetting tables in coordination with the service team.
  • Support the overall dining experience by responding to guest requests courteously and promptly.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in food pickup and delivery areas.

  • Adhere to restaurant safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
  • Professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
