As our firm continues to grow, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team remotely.

Position Overview:

The Remote Associate Attorney will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining our firm's high standards of professionalism and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including client communication, discovery, negotiations, and litigation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement demands.
  • Participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings (virtual and in-person as needed).
  • Evaluate cases for settlement or trial readiness.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their case.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas law license in good standing (required).
  • 2+ years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in legal research, case management software, and remote work tools.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $78, $94,347.32 per year
