Heavy construction project superintendent needed for a site position for the work on a New Jersey Turnpike bridge structure replacement.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project working in coordination with the project manager.

PROJECT SCHEDULE:

Anticipated NTP: 11/10/2025

Phase 1
: All work associated with Pre-Stage 1 through Pre-Stage 1Y temporary drainage modifications on

structure and roadway, installation of proposed and removal of existing overhead and cantilever

sign structures shall be completed and Stage 1 MPT installed on or before October 30, 2026.

Phase 2
: All work associated with the project through Stage 3, including the restoration of the SNE/NSE

Roadways to the pre-construction striping configuration, and approval of all shop and working

drawings under the Contract, shall be performed and completed on or before December 10, 2029.

Final Completion date:
Phase 3:
All work under the Contract shall be performed and completed on or before
February 4, 2030.

Qualifications

  • Must have an engineering degree.
  • Experienced in bridge reconstruction, rehabilitation, demolition, concrete substructure, superstructure, maintenance and protection of traffic, and highway work.
  • Must have a minimum of 8 years plus experience in heavy construction business.
  • Self-motivated, strong planning skills
