As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a dynamic tech and media location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating professionally with all involved parties.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and report any suspicious behavior or unauthorized individuals in accordance with site procedures.
• Document all activities, observations, and incidents promptly and accurately as required by Allied Universal and site standards.
• Support a positive environment by maintaining a professional presence and assisting visitors and employees as needed.
• Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal supervisors to address site-specific needs and/or concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• It is preferred that candidates are comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
