Responsible for the operation of all nuclear power-generating equipment, including the nuclear reactor(s), refueling equipment, reactor plant support operations such as fuel handling, radioactive waste disposal, electrical breaker connections to the systems, main turbines, generators, and associated auxiliary equipment. Prepares and reviews engineering plans, analyses, and investigations, monitors reactor plant testing, investigates and resolves testing problems. Selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the continuous training program for the Submarine Fleet Support group. Duties will include developing training materials, conducting training sessions, creating schedules and assessing training program effectiveness. 

Shift Test Engineer (STE) or Inactivation Test Engineer (ITE) Certification and 6 years of relevant professional/exempt experience.
