General Surgeon – $500K Salary + $35K Sign-On | Near La Crosse, WI
General Surgeon Pay & Perks:
- Salary: $500,000
- Sign-On: $35,000
- Relocation Assistance: $15,000
- CME: $5,000 per year
- OR Schedule: Mondays (surgery) and Fridays (endoscopy), with additional block time available
- Clinic Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday
- Clinic Patients Per Day Average: 14
- Call Required: 30 minutes
- Provide a broad range of general surgical care, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency procedures
- Perform 1–3 surgical cases weekly (average) and 4–5 endoscopies per week, with opportunities for more
- Participate in ~15–20 primary emergency C-sections annually, plus assist with additional deliveries
- Utilize advanced surgical resources, including da Vinci Xi robot with 24/7 availability
- Participate in call rotation (shared among 3–4 surgeons, typically 1-week increments)
- Collaborate with a dedicated NP/PA team, anesthesia group, and hospital staff to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Eligible for Wisconsin medical license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
