Tall Timbers is looking for a Bookkeeping/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment. The Accounts Receivable Clerk must also have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage customer accounts. Confidence and phone etiquette are a must for this position, as you will be responsible for contacting customers about outstanding balances.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices for payment.
  • Maintain accounts receivable records.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable records with general ledger entries.
  • Communicate with customers regarding payment status and discrepancies.
  • Responsible for collections efforts with outgoing calls.
  • Maintain customer contact information in the system.
  • Provide customer service support in the office answering incoming phone calls.

The schedule for this position is ideally 3 days per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Accounting: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
