Job Description- Assist B2B customers via phone and email while building long term business relationships
- Resolve artwork issues
- Enter, verify, and process orders
- Assure orders ship on time and deadlines are met
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with Vector artwork
- Previous customer service experience in an office setting
- Above average attention to detail is required
- The ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment is necessary
- Sales experience that can assist in building customer relationships is a plus
