Position Summary

This is a leadership opportunity for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You will oversee complex restoration and envelope repair projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of safety and communication.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead exterior restoration projects including façade repair, waterproofing, roofing, masonry, and structural rehabilitation.

-Develop and maintain project schedules using CPM methodologies and ensure alignment with logistics and phasing plans.

-Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

-Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement of long-lead materials.

Conduct site visits, monitor field progress, and resolve technical or logistical challenges.

-Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and monthly pay applications.

-Facilitate regular OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

-Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

-Support field teams with pre-installation meetings, quality control protocols, and punch list resolution.

-Compile and submit closeout documentation including warranties, manuals, and final reports.

Qualifications

-Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration or building envelope work.

-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

-Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.

-Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Procore) and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).

-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

-Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, local codes).
