Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on client facilities.
  • Address repair needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in excellent condition.
  • Follow CORE Clean standards for safety and cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and management to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general repair).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address maintenance issues.

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.

· Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

*Must be dependable and have an excellent attendance history with previous employers. We are seeking someone who is looking for long-term, reliable, and steady part-time work.
