Contract & Subcontract Administration
Responsible for the full lifecycle management of prime contracts and subcontracts. This includes proposal support, contract negotiation, compliance with federal regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS), subcontractor agreements, and performance monitoring to ensure successful contract execution.
Prime Contracts Administration
Review and interpret RFPs, RFQs, and contract documents.
Prepare and submit compliant contract documentation and pricing information.
Administer awarded contracts including modifications, renewals, and close-outs.
Ensure compliance with government regulations (FAR/DFARS), internal policies, and client terms.
Subcontract Management
Draft, negotiate, and administer subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
Evaluate subcontractor performance, track deliverables, and manage flow-down clauses.
Ensure subcontractor compliance with reporting, invoicing, and regulatory requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management
Monitor contract execution and flag any performance or compliance issues.
Support internal and external audits (DCAA, CPSR, etc.).
Maintain contract files, approvals, and supporting documentation in audit-ready condition.
Operations Support
Supporting the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of projects to ensure alignment with performance goals, financial targets, and contractual obligations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project visibility, cost control, and schedule accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Cost Control & Financial Tracking
Track project budgets, actual costs, and forecasts.
Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Prepare Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EAC).
Performance Reporting
Generate regular project reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) on budget, schedule, and risks.
Develop dashboards and visual tools using Excel, Power BI, or other platforms.
Present findings to project managers, finance teams, and senior leadership.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure contract and project documentation is maintained and audit-ready.
Support compliance with internal processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., DCAA, FAR).
Assign, track, and collect equipment for program resources (company equipment, GFE, or badges).
Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, finance, procurement, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Administrative Support
Assisting in daily office tasks.
