Responsibilities

  • Providing assistance to customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive loaner experience.
  • Completing loaner forms, obtaining necessary information, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Handling cash, credit card, and other payment transactions, as well as managing refunds and exchanges.
  • Inspecting loaners upon return, ensuring they are in proper working order, and coordinating maintenance or repairs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of loaners, payments, and customer information.
  • Keeping track of available loaners and notifying management when inventory levels are low.
  • Answering phones, responding to emails, and communicating with customers, staff, and management.
  • May include scheduling appointments, sorting mail, or other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Ability to complete assigned tasks
  • Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
  • Positive attitude and can-do mentality
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
