Our team is reimagining the future of work powered by AWS and AI, building products and solutions that people need to do great work alongside AI agents. We are looking to invent the future of hybrid human/AI team collaboration, and our ambition is to achieve 10x more leverage by scaling our own product development through AI. Develop and articulate a compelling product vision, long-term roadmap, and working backwards documents (PR/FAQ) informed by customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics. Establish product tenets and innovation priorities that align with broader organizational objectives.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Product Development and Execution: Own end-to-end product planning and development, translating customer goals into detailed business requirements and feature specifications. Partner closely with engineering & applied science teams to make strategic tradeoffs, define technical priorities, and ensure implementation aligns with product goals. Partner with GTM teams to lead comprehensive product launches that deliver on customer objectives, monitoring product performance, customer feedback, and adoption metrics on an ongoing basis.
  • Influence Leadership Across the Organization: Influence senior leaders across AWS by effectively communicating product vision, strategy, status, and customer impact. Present business performance through regular reporting cadences, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
