Settlement Agent

What You'll Do

• Prepare, process and conduct real estate closings and deliver a great customer experience
• Review settlement documents and coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and professionalism throughout the process

What We're Looking For

• Experience in title/settlement, mortgage, or real estate preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Positive attitude, passion, and enthusiasm for helping people

Compensation & Benefits

• $17 – $36/hour depending on experience
