Position Overview: We're seeking mechanically or electrically inclined individuals to join our technical operations team as In-House Technicians. Whether you're coming from HVAC, automotive, solar, electrical, or already have experience in medical imaging, this is your chance to build a lasting career in a field that makes a difference. You'll work hands-on with advanced medical equipment, learning from industry experts and developing skills that set you apart in a specialized career path.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing medical imaging equipment (CT, X-ray, Mammo, MRI)
- Run system-level diagnostics, calibrations, and quality control testing
- Learn and apply soldering and schematic reading skills
- Work with plumbing and mechanical hardware during repairs and rebuilds
- Collaborate with the QA team, Inventory team, and Field Technicians
- Provide technical support via phone for field-based teams
- Participate in ongoing training to build your technical knowledge
What You'll Need (Requirements):
- Mechanical/electrical aptitude — experience in fields like HVAC, auto repair, solar, or electronics is a plus
- Comfortable with hand tools and basic computer skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
