The Opportunity

As a
Litigation Associate
, you will handle a wide range of complex litigation matters, working closely with partners and clients from strategy through trial. You will be part of a practice that combines sophisticated work with a collegial culture and robust support for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and take or defend depositions.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and client communication.
  • Prepare materials for hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • J.D. degree
    from an accredited law school.
  • Active New York Bar membership
    (or eligibility to obtain).
  • 3+ years of litigation experience
    , ideally in mass torts, class actions, or product liability.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range:
    $300,000 – $400,000 (commensurate with experience and performance).
