Responsibilities
Provide product management support for GenAI/Agentic AI platforms, both in-house and vendor, which will be the foundation for the development of agentic use cases supporting crew at Client. Drive vision, strategy, and roadmaps for these platforms. Serve as a liason between our development team and our business clients, understanding their needs, and prioritizing work to maximize value. Keep abreast of industry trends and competing offerings to ensure our products and services are leaders in their space.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
Robust experience collaborating with cross functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
Robust understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is preferred.
Understanding of web development technologies
Experience with AWS creating, deploying and managing applications in cloud
Experience with AWS S3, DynamoDB, EC2, ECS , IAM, CloudTrail logs, CloudWatch, CloudFront, and Lambdas
Experience in design and developing java/python based applications ensuring performance and security
Familiar with OKTA/SSO
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a team(s)
