Outside Sales & Partnerships Representative – Arizona Division

Location: Phoenix Metro Area (Tempe, Scottsdale, Gilbert, to Glendale)

Overview:

We're looking for a highly driven, confident, and relationship-focused Outside Sales & Partnerships Representative to join our growing Arizona team. This role is critical to expanding our collision network, strengthening ties with law firms, medical providers, and community partners, and capturing new accident-related business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in relationship-based sales and thrives in the field, attending events and meeting decision-makers face-to-face.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, hit weekly metrics, and grow a territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
  • Must be comfortable speaking with attorneys, medical providers, and business owners.
  • Ability to attend after-hours networking events and occasional weekend functions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
